– Make sure that no one is in front of, or within 90 degrees either side of the shooting direction before any guns are handled.
– The loading and chambering of rounds / shells is to be done only after the gun is aimed at the berm and not before (hinged actions can be aimed forward at the ground).Upon completion of firing, open the action and verify the gun is unloaded while it is still aimed at the berm (hinged actions can be aimed forward at the ground.No firing at anything lying on the ground or at the top of berms.
– No Steel Targets. Only paper targets allowed at the club.
– All projectiles are to be fired from stations perpendicular to berms at their respective target locations only. Do not shoot across at an angle into berms, and no shooting at side bermsBefore anyone moves forward of the firing line at each station, all guns are verified unloaded and laid on benches / tables, or put in cases/range bags with the actions open and not touched.
– Handguns can also be secured in holsters.Coordinate with other shooters on the firing line and at shooting.
– No one handles a firearm when anyone is forward of the firing line at each station.When leaving, verify all guns are unloaded, clean up the area, removing everything that you brought in, including your targets and empty cases/hulls.Guests are to be supervised at all times and members are responsible for making sure that their guests obey these rules as well as all other club rules. Two guests allowed per member.
